This is undoubtedly our most underrated loaf.

We soak 7 different seeds for 2 days (quinoa,

flax/linseed’s, sesame, Pepita’s, sunflower,

pearl barley, poppy) along with cracked wheat

& wheat germ as well, mixed with a combination

of wholemeal & purple wheat flours along with

a dash of olive oil, this bread is light & “waxy”,

stays soft & fresh for days & still 100% naturally

fermented with our sourdough starter!
